 Welcome to The Village Event Center, where we understand how important your occasion is. Our dedicated team is committed to handling your needs with care and respect, ensuring every detail is exquisite and superb.

                                                                                                 

Our 2,500 sqft venue, we can accommodate 100 seated guests or 125 standing, complete with tables, chairs, a catering prep kitchen. Whether it’s a bridal shower, corporate meeting, or milestone celebration, we’re here for you, come rain or shine!  

                                                                                                   

 A large, light parking lot is available in the rear of the venue for your guests and vendors. Bridal Showers, Baby Shower, Corporate Meetings, Pop-up Shops, Milestone Birthday Celebrations, Retirement Celebrations, Intimate Receptions, etc.  The Village Event Center can provide the space to accommodate your special events.

Pricing & Amenities

Saturday ONLY:  AM (8am-4pm)    PM (6pm-1am)  FULL DAY (12hrs between 8am - 1am

        MON - THUR       6hrs $400                               12hrs $700 

           FRI / SUN           6hrs  $675                                  12hrs  $1,175

Included in Rental

  •  14 -60inch round tables, 14-6ft rectangular tables, 2-8ft table

  •  Black or White linens 

  • Caterers Kitchen

Bar Package 

  • Add a bar package to your event for $300 

  • Includes; Bar set-up, 1 professional Bartender,  cups, napkins, fruit, and ice. For three hours.

  • Client provides liquor, beer & wine with chasers

  •  Additional bar tender required for events over 50 guest ($50 per hour) 

  • Security required for a minimum of three hours @ $35 per hour

  • ALL TICKETED EVENTS ARE CUSTOM RENTALS •

  • *Venue Rental Prices Increase During Holidays

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon signing the contract. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount agreed upon.

A refundable security deposit of $200 is added to your final payment. Suppose payment was made with a credit/debit card or Zelle

 within 72 hours after the event. In that case, the security deposit will be credited back to the client within five business days unless

the client fails to abide by The Village Event Center's rules and requirements.
