A large, light parking lot is available in the rear of the venue for your guests and vendors. Bridal Showers, Baby Showers,

*Venue Rental Prices Increase During Holidays
All packages require a $200 security deposit which is refundable within (6) business days after scheduled events without incidentals
and/or damages. Deposits are nonrefundable in the event of date change, cancelation, damages or breach of rental agreement
and terms / conditions.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?Yes. There is a $200 deposit required for each rental that must be paid align with signing our rental agreement

DOES THE VENUE HAVE ON-SITE PARKING?Large lite parking lot available in the rear of venue with easy access for your guest and vendors

IS THERE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY AT THE VENUE?Yes. The event center is wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair accessible bathroom which includes safety handles and plenty of space.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN I HOST AT THIS VENUE?The Village Event Center is open for booking family gatherings, weddings showers, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, banquets, and many other private events.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?The facility comes with round tables, rectangle table, white chairs, Black or white linens, and caterer’s kitchen. Dinnerware (plates, chargers, napkins), Chafing Dishes, Portable Bar available for rent.
